
A superset is when you do two exercises back-to-back that targets the same muscles.
Below are two exercises that are really effective for working your obliques especially when done as a superset!
Exercise #1:
Crunches for Oblique’s – 20 per side
1. Lay on your right side, with your legs straight out, your right forearm placed flat on the floor and your left hand behind your head.
2. Crunch in with your legs bringing your knees towards your chest and bring your left elbow down to contact your right knee.
3. Return to starting position and repeat.

Exercise #2:
Hands to Knees (Crunches) – 12 reps
1. Lay on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor and your hands by your ears.
2. Crunch up and tap your left knee with your right hand.
3. Return to starting position.
4. Crunch up and tap your right knee with your left hand.
5. Return to starting position.
